Offerings: Classes

ONLINE CLASSES VIA ZOOM

Monday and Wednesday @ 7:00p.m. MT

Most online weekly classes are Hatha based, sometimes I throw in some Yin, I love yoga that makes you feel good, movement week to week is good for the body and the soul! And you don't have to leave your house! You don't have to look a certain way in any pose, you move how it feels good for you!

Its very important in online classes to listen to your body, and move away from any pain. The teacher is not there to monitor your movement so you have to ensure you take care. 

PRIVATE SESSION

Private Sessions allow you and me to concentrate on you!

Private Sessions for singles, couples, or groups are a great way to have a personalized yoga experience.  The class is all about you and helping you feel better in your body and in each pose.

Can be for any occasion or no reason at all!

Great way to connect you with you! 

IN PERSON CLASSES AT A STUDIO OR AT RETREATS!

When the Opportunity arises I will let you know! Keep an eye out!

I love teaching in person to groups of people, having the ability to see how my cues work across a group helps me perfect my ways of teaching.

I have done a retreat, and plan to do many more as it was a success and I loved teaching in person to a group of like minded people!


I am also a substitute teacher at Above Average Yoga, I am hoping to be able to do more in-person classes going forward!

CORPORATE CLASSES

I believe all Employers should offer Yoga for the Workplace.

Whether you have a physically demanding job or you are sitting in front of a computer all day, whether the workplace feels rather mundane and dry, or you work in a fast paced stressful environment, Yoga can help!

Yoga is the calming of the mind, helps us focus on the task at hand, while still keeping in mind caring for our physical bodies. Yoga brings body awareness to better help us protect ourselves on the job from injury, and if you already have an injury Yoga can help facilitate healing and pain management.  I learnt in my Anatomy Class that Yoga is prescribed before and after surgeries by some doctors. Yoga can help prevent on the job injury, saving the employees pain and suffering and saving the Employer money. Win Win.

Yoga is a Mental and Physical practice that can effect anyone positively (I love the grumpy ones)!
