How to choose the Yoga type that’s right for you

Can I name every type of Yoga? No! But Google is your friend! Haha
I can however let you know about the types of Yoga I know about and that I wish to share.
Hatha Yoga - An all encompassing class. Starting off slow, and working our way to a baby sweat, getting those abs a little attention on our way back down for some gentle unwinding.
Yin Yang Yoga - Yang with long holds and strong poses, you will work up a sweat and feel energized, then you will come down and calm the body with long releasing poses that will ground you and let go of deep long held tensions you didn't even know your body was gripping onto.
Gentle Flow Classes - Incorporating breath into every movement, you learn to move and breath at the same time. This was not an easy feat for me to overcome, but I did it! If its doable for me its doable for anyone! With practice movement and breath will work together!
