Yoga from the Comfort of your Home, my reasons why!

Middle of Winter, temperatures are up and down week to week, sometimes you do not want to leave your house! Ya me tooo!


Through the fall, winter, and into spring I offer online Yoga classes, because it works for me! Not only did I start teaching online during Covid, but I kept it up because it works with my lifestyle. I already work full-time and I am gone from the house for 9.5 hours a day (luckily one hour is an unpaid lunch and I get to come home and let my dogs out and give them some love!), but come on these cute little creatures (haha the big girl is 106lbs) are why I love teaching from home. I want to be able to teach during the week, but I don't want to have to leave my house twice a week after being gone all day. So it works for me! I have no guilt about it, its OKAY to do what works for you and yours. Take care of you, so that you don't have additional worries and stresses, we have enough of those in life.


The beautiful people that join me for Online classes, well its works for them too! They have their lives and perhaps there is only an hour in a day to give to yourself some days. If you don't have time to go back out into the world because you have children, furry or human, or other obligations, that's OKAY! Sometimes when you get home you don't want to change and go back out to a studio and driver there and drive home. So online classes may be right for you. Get home, do your thang, turn your computer on for an hour and give yourself some tender love and care, and then go about your business.


Then there are some of us who feel lazy after a long day but just end up wasting the evening... I have done this too many times. The thing to ponder, next time you are watching another episode, or watching the news, or playing on your phone for an hour, or just wasting time doing nothing, and have that little voice saying do something. Let it be that you chose something for yourself nourishment, whether it be creative, whether you blare your music and dance around, maybe doing some exercise, physical or mental (chess anyone?), or maybe you join an online yoga class.... with your dear friend Ashley! LOL


Whatever it is, I wish for your each day, do something for you!
